Welcome!

This is Kyle Nystrom's (my) portfolio. You can find my work below.

Martin Interior Design

Martin Interior Design is an interior design firm based in the Carytown area. They came to me wanting a site which could connect them to their customers and display some of their work and products. Several, easily accessible methods of contact ensure communication from site to business, and multiple galleries prominently display work and products. The site also completely validates and is aesthetically pleasing.

Stride Club Studios

Stride Club Studios was my first official website. They're a personal fitness and training studio also based in the Carytown area. After the initial site was done, it was realized that a re-design was in order to accomodate several new and important desires of the owner. The site now boasts multiple complex forms, a jQuery slideshow (on the homepage) flash, PHP and layout cunning. Today, Stride Club is a continuing client of mine and is constantly growing in leaps and bounds.

Royal Oaks Homeowners Association

The good folks in the Royal Oaks Homeowners Association (ROHOA) had a bit of a problem on their hands. They wanted an easy way to keep important Associan documents readily available and organized, but protected from prying eyes. They also wanted a place where people could have their common questions answered. The new website accomplishes these goals and more boasting both interactive FAQ and resources pages, a calendar page and a directory in case an answer couldn't be found. But that should rarely be the case due to all the site's documents adhering to a comprehensive, descriptive nomenclature guide. Basically, people can find things without trying too hard. That is if you know the password to get into the site in the first place.

Martin's Fails.

Martin's Fails. is the brainchild of Kyle himself. After working for the small, wonderful company of Ukrop's, working at the giant corporation of Martin's didn't float his boat. So he made a website about it. The site is still in it's developmental stages, but is envisioned to one day be a content rich place of local's release over the harsh accuistion of a once great company.
